Cerinte

At least 2–3 years of experience in external façade design, at a façade contractor or a façade design office
Hands-on experience with ventilated façades, rainscreen or cladding systems (ACM, HPL, fibre cement, ceramic or stone panels on metal substructures)
Strong AutoCAD skills for construction drawings and detailing
Technical degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture or a related field
Working knowledge of Romanian/EU façade design practice and Eurocodes
Good English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with the UK team
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Responsabilitati

We are looking for someone who designs façades hands-on, covering both drawings and structural calculations. This is not a tendering, technical sales, project management or architecture role.

Essential:

At least 2–3 years of experience in external façade design, at a façade contractor or a façade design office
Hands-on experience with ventilated façades, rainscreen or cladding systems (ACM, HPL, fibre cement, ceramic or stone panels on metal substructures)
Proven experience in structural calculations for façades: wind loads, brackets, fixings, anchors and substructures, to Eurocodes (EN 1991-1-4, EN 1993, EN 1999)
Strong AutoCAD skills for construction drawings and detailing
Degree in civil or structural engineering, or a related technical field
Good English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with the UK team
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

Experience with structural software such as RFEM, SCIA, Robot or Mathcad, or with façade system calculation tools
Experience with refurbishment or envelope upgrade projects on existing buildings
Exposure to UK or Western European projects
Revit / BIM knowledge
Applied Façade Engineering (AFE) course, or other façade or fire safety training
