Requirements

Education & experience:

- Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;

- 7+ years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, business control, or related functions;

- Experience in Automotive, IT related preferred;

- Fluent in English written and spoken.

IT Applications:

- Super user in with MS Excel, with strong financial modelling skills

- Super user in PowerPoint able to tell clear storylines

- Experience with BPC, business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.

Responsibilities

- Monthly Business Reviews - Own the process for preparing the monthly reporting decks for the operational entities.

- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary;

- Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance;

- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting;

- Support the Forecast and Annual Plan process (act as ‘buddy’ to select countries, gather and analyze data, support in process management and reporting out);

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions;

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multiyear plans;

- Support the organization to implement all the new Ayvens and SG requirements on the budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local entities to achieve company’ strategy and targets;
