Cerinte

•Basic knowledge of CATIA for opening, reviewing, and validating 2D drawings, 3D models, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
•Advanced level of English proficiency for professional communication, French is a plus.
•Experience in managing technical documentation and data workflows within an industrial or engineering environment.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand, maintain, and update VBA macros.
•Experience working with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
•Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMware).
•Previous experience in a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Engineering Data Management, or Configuration Management environment is considered an advantage.

Responsabilitati

Managing and distributing technical documentation (2D/3D drawings, CAD models, and Bills of Materials - BOMs) through dedicated platforms.
•Verifying file compliance, completeness, and revision status prior to distribution to partners and suppliers.
•Administering and monitoring the technical document distribution workflow, ensuring adherence to security and traceability requirements.
•Converting files between different CAD formats using specialized applications.
•Applying security measures to sensitive documentation, including data encryption and secure file transfers.
•Maintaining a well-organized document structure and a complete history of all modifications and distributions.
•Registering and configuring new suppliers within dedicated systems to grant access to technical documentation.
•Generating reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to managed requests, distributions, and updates.
•Providing operational support for users and processes associated with technical documentation management.
•Maintaining and updating existing Excel- and VBA-based tools and automation solutions.
•Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement of workflows.
