Requirements

Experience in AZ Trade operational teams would be a plus
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Familiarity with various types of testing such as functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA or similar.
Over 3 years'' experience in insurance / credit insurance / Finance/ Operations
Testing experience would be a plus
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communicator
Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of financial and insurance sector
Language: Excellent English level required with any additional language as an added value

Responsibilities

Support for the biggest IT transformation of the company. Detail-oriented person to join our team responsible for the implementation and testing of a Compass/iMX/Qirin for our operational core activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Allianz-Trade core business and quality assurance, with a focus on ensuring the system meets the highest standards of reliability and efficiency for performed processes.

Support Compass/iMX/Qirin implementation
Perform testing in new systems
Perform non-regression testing
Perform necessary manual adjustments as part of migration from old feeder system (commercial conversion)
Perform basic document adjustment and testing
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in AZT
Perform temporary workarounds until proper capacity is established in operational teams
Perform training of local teams on the new systems
Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
Active participation to the Continuous Improvement project
Active participation in harmonizing the processes with the other regions
Implementing new controls in order to assure an accurate monitoring of the processes performed
Internal procedures updates
