Requirements

Responsibilities

- Implementing IT control practices using a proportionality and risk-based approach (Scoping, Fit-Gap).
- Reporting on IT control outcomes and operational enhancements (IIRM, ADOIT alignment).
- Reviewing our IT control practice (lesson learns) and making necessary improvements.
- Monitor the business application life cycle (i.e. controlling and alerting):
- Ensure Fit-Gap quality checks in business application, Scoping according to BIA/Adonis process criticity and Contract/Service Offering SLA levels.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across tools such as Archer, Adonis, Adoit, and ServiceNow.
- Support/Monitore IT contract management process
- Maintain SharePoint sites for Group IT documentation and IT Governance.
