What you bring

You have at least 6 years of experience in a PO position, in an IT environment
You have recognized experience in advancing projects with a technical dimension by demonstrating conviction, tenacity and autonomy, while being supported by the innovation / digital projects manager and the team''s Tech Lead
You have knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and a strong affinity for user-centered design and functional analysis
Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Your level of English is fluent both oral and written
Good communiction sklills (write and oral) to support the change management.
PO Salesforce context: Experience in Sales Force Sales cloud.
Have Salesforce administrators capabilities and certifications. All modules and objects related to Salesforce sales should be known (contact, lead, account, opportunity, ...)
Ability to work in an IT universe – high IT/Technical sensitive (REST API experience, Swagger design)

Responsabilitati

What you do

Lead the development of new products/feautures/processes within the Project area, from the design to the launch, followed by continuous improvements.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Promote experimentation methodologies and continuous improvement
You drive the achievement of the product goal: help define the vision and communicate it to your team. You define the short / medium term product strategy based on the strategy and implement it;
You maintain the product backlog: define, co-design, help writing and prioritize the next features / user stories and plan your releases;
You follow up dependencies and determine best ways to deal with those.
You ensure the smooth running of the sprint: design / negotiate the backlog sprints with the team and contribute to the achievement of the objective of the product and the tribe OKR.
You represent users and stakeholders: you listen, observe and translate the expressed needs into functionalities.
You guarantee quality: find the right balance in the prioritization between functionalities and technical complexities. You know how to translate technical constraints to your client;
You contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and the product: ensure the sprint rituals to foster collaboration and continuous improvement of the team organization and processes;
You raise alerts if delay or issue on the delivery
You carry out the tests of the product: carry out, co-carry out your test campaigns in order to guarantee the stability of the product with each release.
