Responsabilitati

What you do

The Business Analyst is the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams for requirements related to his/her scope (customer touch-points, end-to-end processes). The role combines business analysis, process optimization, and data-driven insights to design effective solutions and drive their implementation within agile projects, digital transformation initiatives, or maintenance activities.
Translate business needs into well-defined business requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)
Ensure alignment with Group and Regional O&C teams on requirements prioritization and backlog management
Ensure consistency of the whole E-2-E roll-out process, quality, and smooth interfaces
Ensure functional alignment and validation with all business stakeholders (Group/ Regional/ Local functions)
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews) and collaborate with Product Owners
Provide support in the solution design (project/maintenance) to Group and Regions
Work with Architecture team in the high-level solution design when relevant
Provide high-level estimation of solutions and propose alternative solutions when relevant
Contribute to and validate the test plan; support UAT coordination
Follow-up requirement execution/implementation of Group business needs
Take decisions/actions on defects submitted for arbitration
Write user guides, provide core training, documentation, and user manuals for lead applications
Define and validate non-functional requirements of lead applications (SLA, availability, resiliency)
Support change management and adoption activities for new implementations
