Requirements

 Manage the daily operation of PV plants.
 Coordinate and manage internal O&M teams
 Manage subcontractors performing specialized maintenance
 Coordinates with other departments in the company to optimize the PV plants performance
 Monitor plant performance through SCADA systems and remote monitoring platforms.
 Ensure maximum plant availability and energy yield.
 Coordinate corrective actions in response to alarms and equipment failures.
 Identify underperformance or faults, perform root cause analysis and implements or coordinates the implementation of the solutions
 Supervise plant energization, shutdowns, and switching operations where applicable
 Annual maintenance planning and supervision
 Spare parts management
 Promote a zero-accident safety culture.

Responsibilities

Candidate should have a master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian will be a plus.
Experience in the operation of MV equipment’s. Experience with HV equipment’s experience is a plus.
ANRE IIIB certification is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the office package.
Willingness to travel in southern Romania.
Driving license

The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager is responsible for coordinating and assuring the daily performance, maintenance, and reliability of solar power plants. The role maintains a high plant availability, regulatory compliance, and optimal lifecycle management of all assets while leading field technicians, contractors, and service providers.
