On Friday, November 13, 2026, as part of the Top Talents Romania career event, the Austrian Business Agency team invites you to join an interactive workshop where you will develop your skills alongside experienced professionals, in a premium setting at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest.

Austrian Business Agency  Workshop | 16:45 - 17:45 >>>The biggest career risk is not failure – it is waiting until you feel completely ready. Explore how to approach career decisions that push you outside your comfort zone. Through practical exercises, you’ll identify what is holding you back, what support or information you need, and what small first step you can take. The workshop also explores how a major decision, such as relocating to another country, can be broken down into smaller, actionable steps.
 

This session will be delivered by Ines Vodanovic who is Marketing Director CEE at Austrian Business Agency. Her work focuses on attracting international skilled professionals to Austria and building partnerships with universities, career centers, public institutions and other relevant organizations across the region. Having relocated to Austria herself, Ines combines her professional expertise with a personal understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in building a career and a new life in another country.

You can participate if >>>

You are a bachelor's/master's student or have graduated within the last 3 years and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You have completed an internship / management trainee program / Graduate Program

• You are/were a member or leader of an NGO or have been involved in volunteering

• You are/were involved in extracurricular activities (Olympiads, scientific communication sessions, etc.)

• You have had an international experience (Erasmus, Work & Travel, exchange experience, international courses/trainings)

• You have outstanding academic results (merit/performance scholarship)

• You have completed a specialized internship and participated in relevant training programs/workshops
