Working Student - Process Automation Analyst

A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day will typically be split between two areas of focus. On one side, you'll help keep our automation environment organized and running smoothly - supporting day-to-day administration, coordinating access, and helping our internal community of citizen developers stay engaged and informed. On the other side, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand how business processes function today, document them clearly, and help spot where things could work better. You'll move between structured, detail-oriented tasks and more analytical, people-facing work throughout the week.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support day-to-day administration of our automation platform, including access requests and license tracking
• Help build and engage our internal citizen developer community, supporting communication and knowledge-sharing
• Check documentation across the automation landscape for accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Analyse existing business processes and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business requirements and process knowledge into clear, well-structured documentation
• Support reporting and status updates for ongoing improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and process-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal English communication skills; ability to turn stakeholder input into structured documentation
• A self-organized, proactive way of working, with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Genuine curiosity about automation and willingness to quickly pick up new tools and platforms
• Basic understanding of finance/accounting processes and/or automation concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with process mapping methods, or exposure to platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Power Apps, is advantageous but not required
