Team Lead – Game Development

Requirements

-Solid experience in game development or software development, with a good understanding of software development principles;
-Experience in technically leading a team or working as a Team Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities;
-Experience with at least one of the following technologies: C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Haxe, or similar technologies;
-Experience with at least one game development engine or framework, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Pixi, or similar;
-Ability to make sound technical decisions and propose solutions to complex technical challenges;
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
-Ability to mentor team members and support their professional and technical development;
-English – conversational/professional level.

Responsibilities

-Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including mentoring and conducting code reviews;
-Plan and prioritize technical activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time;
-Take a hands-on approach to development, debugging, and product improvements;
-Collaborate with developers, designers, and other teams to implement technical and visual solutions;
-Contribute to architecture decisions, framework improvements, and the implementation of software development best practices.
