    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As a Senior Supplier Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of high-precision components used in gas turbines, directly supporting the success of our Gas Services business. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will drive supplier excellence through performance management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a robust and resilient supply chain that consistently delivers to the highest standards.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of suppliers, establishing and monitoring KPIs for quality, delivery, and overall performance to ensure compliance with Siemens Energy quality standards.
    • Identify, qualify, and onboard new or alternative suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks and support new product development initiatives.
    • Coach and train suppliers on quality requirements, continuous improvement methodologies, and manufacturing best practices, fostering a collaborative partnership approach.
    • Plan and conduct supplier system, process, and product audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards, while reviewing and approving PPAP submissions, control plans, and FMEAs.
    • Lead APQP activities for new and modified components, manage supplier non-conformances, and drive timely implementation and verification of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers using Lean and Six Sigma principles, while generating and presenting supplier quality performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or a related technical field, with advanced knowledge of quality management systems, supplier auditing, root cause analysis, and experience in technical manufacturing environments involving precision components.
    • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
    • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering within industries such as power generation, aerospace, or automotive.
    • Proven expertise in supplier performance management, quality assurance, quality control, ISO 9000 series standards, APQP, PPAP, statistical process control (SPC), risk analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Strong experience conducting supplier and internal audits, applying structured problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to ensure quality and compliance.
    • Excellent analytical, influencing, and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal), and the ability to independently manage complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive supplier performance improvements.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
