French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist - AutoCAD

Requirements

- French at B2 level (minimum) and fluent English – both mandatory
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD – a must (additional toolsets are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide technical guidance
- Support customers via phone, email and chat
- Help customers make the most of AutoCAD's features and functionalities
- Contribute to improving the knowledge base
- Collaborate with customers to maximize product adoption and value
- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
