Responsabilitati

Your career journey at BDO:

In this role, you will:
• Identify and engage potential candidates across our service lines;
• Conduct phone screening interviews and support recruitment activities;
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines;
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping us connect with future talent and share the BDO experience;
• Gain exposure to various HR activities and initiatives;
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business and learn how HR supports organizational success.
