Experience Needed

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality legal advice throughout the negotiation, drafting, and review of EPC, O&M, and equipment procurement contracts within the renewable energy sector.

• Review EPC-specific contractual provisions ensuring alignment with project requirements and risk management standards.

• Support the negotiation and review of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements

• Advise on equipment procurement contracts for renewable energy projects (e.g., solar panels, wind turbines, storage systems)

• Monitor and assess legislative and regulatory developments relevant to renewable energy, construction (EPC) contracts, and procurement, and provide timely guidance to internal stakeholders on their operational impact.

• Assist operational teams in managing pre-litigation matters related to EPC, O&M, and procurement contracts, including drafting legal notices, formal claims, and advisory opinions.

• Actively participate in contract negotiations and meetings with contractors, suppliers, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring consistent and pragmatic legal support.

What you bring:

• Solid grounding in civil and contract law, with hands-on expertise in EPC and O&M contracts within the renewables sector.

• Working knowledge of construction permitting legislation

• Familiarity with applicable EU legislation, energy law, and regulations governing grid connection and electricity generation.

• Advanced proficiency in legal English -- able to negotiate and draft contracts independently in English.

• Strong command of legal tech tools and willingness to adopt AI-assisted solutions for legal work.

Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in law firms or in-house legal roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in EPC, O&M and procurement contracts
