Senior SAP & Data Analyst

A Snapshot of Your Day

The role acts as the Spare Parts SCM Finance Governance team's subject matter expert for SAP-enabled supply chain and finance processes, system logic, and data structures.

Working across inventory, pricing, procurement, repair, intercompany, and cost management domains, the role supports domain owners with the SAP and data expertise required to understand end-to-end transactional flows, troubleshoot business issues, identify root causes, and enable scalable analytics and process improvements.

The role operates in a complex global spare parts environment characterized by high transaction volumes, large material portfolios, multiple locations, and interconnected supply chain and financial processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on SAP expertise across finance and supply chain processes and is comfortable working directly with SAP transactions, tables, master data, document flows, and financial postings.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide SAP process and data expertise across SCM Finance domains, supporting domain owners in understanding end-to-end flows, system logic, master data dependencies, document flows, and financial postings.
• Perform SAP-based root-cause analysis of business and financial issues by investigating transactions, tables, master data, and system flow to identify causes and support sustainable solutions.
• Enable scalable data and analytics solutions by identifying relevant SAP tables, fields, data structures, and relationships and supporting the integration of SAP data into Snowflake, Power BI, and other analytical solutions.
• Support process and system improvements by translating business requirements into clear system and data requirements and collaborating with Finance, SCM Process Experts, IT, and regional teams on implementation.
• Strengthening SAP and systems capabilities within the team through documentation, reusable analyses and solutions, knowledge sharing, and practical guidance to domain owners.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge across supply chain and finance processes, ideally including MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Ability to work beyond standard SAP reporting, including transactions, tables and data structures, sales and inventory document flows, master data, and financial postings.
• Experience from spare parts, aftermarket, distribution, or similarly complex supply chain environments characterized by high transaction volumes, large material portfolios, and complex inventory and order flows is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to investigate complex issues and distinguish between system, master data, process, and execution-related root causes.
• Ability to translate business questions into system and data requirements and work effectively across Finance, SCM, IT, Digital, Regions, and Process Experts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international and cross-functional environment.
