• Bachelor’s degree in economical or technical domain
• English skills – advanced level
• Computer skills: MS Office

• Place and monitor materials orders to suppliers and reschedule deliveries with suppliers
• Communicate with suppliers and obtain information such as prices, availability and delivery conditions
• Check correctness of invoices from suppliers based on orders released; Approve invoices for payment
• Analyze the inventory and prepare risk reports for excess or expired materials management
• Escalate any problems in acquiring the materials in accordance with the process of escalation
• Develop good relations with suppliers
• Follow materials stocks/orders to avoid excess and rolling stock index
• Initiate and monitor the closing of the delivery process (including recovery of additional costs) in emergency conditions
