Senior Project Manager PEP (Product Evolution Process) (F/M) - Marquardt

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning and control of development activities from project initiation through project completion

• Ensure achievement of project cost, schedule, and quality goals

• Lead and manage the project team to ensure effective collaboration and delivery

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate profile

• Completed academic studies in one of the following fields: industrial, electronic, electrical, mechanical, engineering

• Experience in project coordination or project management

• Minimum 7 years of work experience in international projects in the automotive industry

• Strong ability to see the big picture with a forward-looking, strategic mindset

• Proven mastery of project management tools and their practical application

• Strong experience and proficiency with specific tools such as SharePoint, CIMDB, PLM, SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams

• Ability to delegate and organize work, reliability, and act as a role model for the project team

• High level of resilience and adaptability to fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Strong interpersonal, assertiveness, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
