High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
Prior experience in customer service, crisis handling, compliance, or reporting roles is a plus
Availability to work night shifts is required
Responsabilitati
Answer inbound calls from clients wishing to report sensitive incidents such as: Data breaches, Workplace misconduct or abuse, Fraud, Discrimination, Harassment or other ethical concerns
Provide active listening, emotional support, and a calm, professional demeanor during calls
Accurately document all relevant details during the call by drafting detailed written reports
Review and correct all written reports to ensure they meet grammatical and spelling standards before submission
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Schedule:24/7 (in shifts)
