    What we’re looking for:

    Bachelor's Degree;

    Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);

    Minimum 1 year experience in customer service;

    Problem solving skills and ability to provide level one technical assistance;

    Team-worker attitude; Proactivity;

    Customer-oriented approach & solution focused;

    Responsabilitati

    The HR support will:

    Respond to questions received from employees/partners via multiple sources (Service Now tool, email or phone) on the following HR processes:, payroll, Social benefits, timesheet management, etc.

    Manage and enrich internal HR chatbot based on analyzes of different requests and process developments; 

    Keep updated all information and data available for employees and/or partners;

    Measure and monitor performance indicators for better management of the activity.

    Address to next level support for complex requests that cannot be resolved at this level.
