JOB TYPE: Fixed term

Our Sales & Marketing Internship Programme is a full-time job for 12 months, where you’ll become an integrated member of our team, with a specific assigned role. As an intern, you will get the chance to make a real impact and have tasks and projects from day one!


THE IDEAL BAT SALES & MARKETING INTERN:

Has a university degree (Business Administration/Marketing or similar, with maximum 2 years from the graduation);
Flexibility to relocate across Romania with paid expenses;
Driving license (B category);
Relevant professional activity (maximum 2 years) taking into account the mentioned context;
Very good self-management skills (proactivity, active learning);
Good Analytical skills;
Good knowledge of computer operation – Excel medium level (MS Office);
Good knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking) – B2

By the end of your 12 months internship you will have:

Gained insight into our ways of working, development opportunities and career pathways;
Experience real life work both in our Bucharest Head Office & Field Force;
Chance of advancement to junior role in the Sales & Marketing Department;
