Junior/Senior Recruitment Consultant

In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

o Previous experience in recruitment related activities
o Knowledge of English at advanced level
o Business Acumen
o Excellent client facing skills, able to work with a minimum supervision, proactive and highly organized
o Willing to learn
o Balances team and individual responsibilities in a professional manner offering exceptional customer service to all.

RESEARCH / HEAD-HUNTING
o Targets and initiates contact to work-seekers not in our database and successfully recruits motivated persons, passive and active work-seekers to register their resume file.
o Develops effective and targeted search strategies to fill active job postings and searches.
o Establish trusting and sharing relationship with clients, work-seekers / applicants
o Corresponds with unsuccessful job applicants to notify them of their application status, when possible.
o Maintains applicant-tracking systems and directs activities of applicants based on target profiles and job order criteria.

INTERVIEWING
o Schedules and conducts interviews
o Prepares weekly/monthly reports
o Participation to various recruitment events

CONSULTANCY
o Provide support for clients and candidates on HR related matters
o Actively support business development actions
o Be constantly informed on HR market trends
