· Good English language skills, written and conversational;

· BPO Experience of 1 year minimum in Master Data Management;

· Master Data Admin processes/ contract management;

· Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

· Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or any Data Platform.

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

· Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;

· MDM domain Knowledge and Industry Skills;

· Exposure to Master data Management;

· Technology Exposure - SAP/SAP ARIBA/COUPA/similar system.

· Ensure on-time processing of e-2-e Master Data operations;

· Ensuring timely and as per expected quality master data creation/modification/deletion;

· Ensuring timely and as per expected quality SAP contract creation/modification/deletion for each LBU;

· Process standardization and industrialization;

· Assist to improve procurement and stock efficiency;

· Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;

· Voice tasks 70%.
