Junior Advertising Specialist (Recruitment Projects)

We are looking for a new colleague in our implementation team for our projects. If you are a mix between recruitment and marketing, then let’s meet!

Requirements:

• A friendly and engaging personality;
• Minimum 6 months experience in digital marketing and recruitment;
• Talent attraction & recruitment enthusiast;
• Excellent communication, copywriting and organizational skills; 
• Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and a high level of autonomy;
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task;
• Detail-oriented;
• Strong work ethic and high personal integrity;
• Nice to have: experience in digital marketing campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc).

• Responsible for the attraction & recruitment process (posting job ads, searching databases for suitable candidates, reviewing resumes, preparing shortlists);
• Implement the promo campaign for our projects, using a mix of specialized tools and channels;
• Work with graphic designers to develop promotional materials;
• Writing clear, persuasive, and original content;
• Set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities;
• Managing database, reporting results;
• Active role in the event management team for our projects.

• The email marketing mechanism and platforms
• To write catchy and well structured copy for our social media pages
• How to use specialized tools to implement personalised projects for our clients - all stages of the process of a digital campaign
• To launch & optimise digital marketing campaigns - PPC (Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc)
• Get the most out of the sourcing process - how to identify and select the best candidates
