Essential Job Responsibilities


Validation of the regular compensation reports used for Compensation Business Reviews, on various criteria: salary range, salary basis, ATV, DTP, etc.
Internal HR system data validation - examples include salary basis check, salary grade check, geographical tier, etc.
Audit/Validate of internal compensation reporting tools data
Corporate compensation programs data audit on a yearly/ monthly recurrence
Compare Common Dimension/Facts to Compensation Dimension/Facts
Validate Drill Down reports against Dashboard Analysis
Compensation data migration to cloud validate/ test
Create regular reporting to the US Compensation Consultants

Person specification:

We are looking for an analytical individual with excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.

Ideally you will either have previous experience in an analytical role, working with payroll, HR, tax or financial data, or you will have a relevant degree (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, International Business, Human Resources Management)



You will also need to have a strong grasp of Excel, including formulas and formatting functions such as V-lookup and pivot tables.

Language skills would also be an advantage, though not essential.
