Customer Loyalty Trainee - Nestlé Needs YOUth

• A student or fresh graduate
• Curious, patient, attentive, goal-oriented and positive
• Comfortable to work with a high end luxury brand putting customers first
• An excellent communicator, speaking flawlessly both in Romanian and in English
• A good user of Excel and Power Point

• Interact with customers, developing the right attitude and skills specific to each channel
• Learn to develop and maximise sales by handling the customer purchase
• Provide Back-Office support regarding contract and customer data management
• Handle coffee machine questions/issues: diagnose machine problems, solve the customer’s difficulties by phone or set in motion the appropriate maintenance procedure
• Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation
• Identify some areas of improvement in processes, tools, organisation, speech, services
