    The Michelin Group started the activity in Romania in August 2001, investing over the years more than 400 million euros. Currently, Michelin Romania has more than 4,000 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services (Bucharest) providing support services in the following domains: purchasing, finance, logistics, sales administration or human resources. Additionally, Michelin Romania became the Headquarter of the Central Europe Region, coordinating 20 countries with 14,000 employees working in six production units, commerce, shared services or maps and guides.

    Marius Apostol, Team Leader, Business Support Controlling, has been working in Michelin for 5 years. For 4 years he has been involved in the CSR projects of the company, and 3 years ago he took on the role of Team Leader. Marius will tell you what expectations a manager has when recruiting, and his tips will help you find your place in the right team.
