Junior Functional Engineer with French - Customer Support (Trade Innovation)

Requirements

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (A.S.E preferred)
• Accounting knowledge (Letter of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, Supply Chain)
• Very good communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Customer focus
• Attention to detail
• Good command of English
• Good command of French

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to user requests in accordance with SLAs
• Ensure that the clients are able to utilize the product properly as per their needs
• Update clients on the progress towards issue resolution
• Track issues sent to other departments and ensure a resolution to the client's satisfaction is attained
• Create defects in JIRA upon necessity
• Be a part of the triage team once enough experience is accumulated
• Upon request, complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
• Pass feedback to other departments
