    Requirements

    What are we looking for?
    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
    -Basic knowledge in the chosen field;
    -Ability and initiative to solve problems and suggest solutions;
    -Willingness to learn and to adapt to new situations;
    -Capability to be proactive and goal-oriented.
    -Microsoft Windows (instalare, configurare, depanare);
    - Microsoft Office (instalare, configurare generala, configurare email Outlook);
    - Minime cunostinte despre Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, startup-scripts, Groups Management);
    - Capacitatea de a diferentia probleme cauzate de software, hardware, reteaua de comunicatii;
    - Cunostinte medii despre retea si aplicatii standard de diagnostic (ping, tracert, telnet, netstat, proxy etc) si cablare structurata (capacitatea de a conecta echipamente la retea direct sau prin intermediul switch-urilor);
    - Cunostinte despre arhitectura calculatoarelor si a perifericelor si capacitatea de a cauta si instala drivere si firmware necesar acestora;

    Responsibilities

    -Instaleaza si configureaza calculatoare conform standardelor bancii;
    - Ofera suport tehnic primar pentru echipamente IT periferice (scannere, imprimante, telefoane fixe etc);
    - Depaneaza defectiuni software si hardware inclusiv prin inlocuirea componentelor defecte;
    - Utilizeaza aplicatii de administrare a infrastructurii si conectare remote pentru a interveni de la distanta;
    - Rezolva probleme asignate prin aplicatiile interne de Helpdesk;
    - Rezolva incidentele repartizate/semnalate de clienti conform ariei de responsabilitate;
    - Colaboreaza cu colegii de munca pentru rezolvarea problemelor clientilor (legate de PC-ul acestora) daca se solicita acest lucru de catre superiorul ierarhic;
    - Realizeaza rapoarte de activitate, conform normelor si procedurilor;
