In prezent, avem doua trei puncte de lucru, in Bucuresti, Valcea si Bacau si deservim clienti din 13 industrii diferite. Ne mandrim cu o echipa de 450 de profesionisti, 250 de statii de lucru, proiecte desfasurate in 8 limbi straine si aproximativ 10 milioane de interactiuni anuale. Oferim clientilor nostri servicii de contact center, back-office, programe de coaching, solutii SaaS si servicii de recrutare si inchiriere de personal.



    - Advanced Windows troubleshooting skills;
    - MAC OS and Android concept knowledge;
    - Networking communication protocols knowledge would help
    - Previous exposure to Antivirus and Malware functionality would be a huge plus.



    - Offers Technical Support service via email and remote sessions in order to ensure the business objectives.
    - Will be working mostly with Microsoft OS, but also on MAC and Android platform.
    - Approaches and solves requests arrived via the dedicated support channels
    - Shares technical information about the products with the other teams involved;
    - Acquires complete information in order to escalate complex issues to the upper tiers;
    - Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures;
