    Degree from a top-tier university, ideally within an analytical or mathematical discipline
    Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    Understanding of the role CRM systems ( preferred) have within the sales organization
    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales or sales operations environment within a software organization

    Desire to learn new processes
    Proactive self-starter, able to work unsupervised within agreed timeframes.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong social skills, able to work effectively across diverse groups of people


    Resolving issues raised by the sales organization via the Sales Operations Support Services ticket queue.
    Partake in weekly Executive Deal Desk meetings in an administrative function to ensure all points are captured, and the CRM system is updated accordingly with actions to be followed up on.
    Work with business partners in the creation of quality reports and analysis based on their needs – e.g. focus opportunity reports from, and sales performance metrics in Microsoft Excel.
    Gather requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
    Contribute to continually improve business processes
    Provide regional sales with ad-hoc and Pearl (pricing tool) training.
    Assist in the documentation of CRM tool change requests – Business Requirements, Test Scripts, etc.
    Assist in pre-production testing of CRM change requests.
