    Requirements

    Availability for 6 hours/8 hours/day schedule.
    English - advanced level.
    Strong computer skills (MS Office Applications) are required.

    Responsibilities

    Imagine a day at Stefanini in the Recruitment team:

    Actively participating in sourcing and defining the ideal profile of the candidates;
    Contacting the candidates and scheduling interviews;
    Attending face to face interviews;
    Creating and improving recruitment announcements;
    Updating and maintaining candidates database;
    Shadowing and mentoring activities within a senior recruitment team.
