    Compania Cegedim Service Center este situata in zona de afaceri a cartierului Pipera (caldirea Globalworth Plaza), foarte aproape de stația de metrou Aurel Vlaicu. Dupa un an de activitate, deja peste 70 de angajați (ianuarie 2018) au ales să ni se alăture și să construiască împreună un centru de excelență operațională, precum și un mediu de lucru plăcut si plin de oportunități.

    Continuăm să creștem și căutăm profesioniști francofoni dinamici, care sa faca una dintre meseriile urmatoare: Consilier hotline, Suport helpdesk, Specialist payroll, Specialist administrativ HR, Consultant HRIS.


    • University degree in Science, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Mathematics ; graduate studies in Management - is an asset
    • Deep understanding of the Pharma markets: competitive environment, players in disease markets, regulatory/legal constrains, distribution channels, promoting channels
    • Experience in the Medical, Healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field- is desirable
    • Knowledge of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) frameworks
    • Proficient in SQL and analysis tools (e.g. SAS, Tableau, Qlikview)
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data management systems
    • Competences in statistics, segmentation, forecasting
    • English – advanced; French is a plus


    • Perform data extraction, aggregation, integration and analysis using the Real-World Data available in our CEGEDIM panels, and coming from multiple internal & external sources;
    • Evaluate and pre-process raw information; gathering and integrating data from disparate sources;
    • Build models and analyse data to unearth trends and patterns;
    • Deliver final presentation and analysis to be shared with the final client;
    • Perform analysis answering the Pharmaceutical industries issues and concerns including non-exhaustively: patient flow/ journey analysis; patient adherence assessment; performance monitoring; customer segmentation & targeting;
    • Build models that capture a wide range of health care operations;
    • Pre-sales & Post-sales support: in order to answer Clients’ request & prepare commercial proposal, you will be entitled to make feasibility assessment.
