Our client is a leading global company in Telcom&IT field. You will be part of the IT recruitment team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required;
• Minimum 6-months in IT recruitment or sourcing talent for various IT technologies
• Experience with sourcing techniques via LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability and teamwork are essential
• Must be result oriented, strong negotiation skills, highly organised, dynamic and determined
Follow-up of on-going recruitment projects, communicate with stakeholders in order to enable a smooth development of the process
Will gather information about the status of recruitment projects
Search candidates, using direct search / head hunting methods (active search, research, calling) with IT technical profile
Approach the candidates by email or phone
Profiling suitable candidates
Conducting phone-screenings and filtering candidates for open positions
