Siniat Romania is part of the Belgian group ETEX, one of the largest manufacturers and providers of high quality materials and construction solutions.
Siniat is one of the local leaders in construction solutions, and in Romania it has two factories, one producing plasterboard (in Turceni, Gorj County) and one producing plaster (in Aghiresu, Cluj County).
The factory in Turceni was officially opened in October 2015, following a EUR 50 million investment, and it is the biggest plasterboard factory in Romania. Along with the opening of the factory, Siniat Romania is positioned as the only factory in Romania that uses the gypsum resulted from the process of gas desulphurization from a power plant, thus helping protect the environment.
The company supplies plasterboard products and systems for various projects, such as cinemas, hotel industry, office buildings, hospitals, educational and sport facilities, commercial centers and residential complexes.
