Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Three graduates with 1-5 years’ experience who can demonstrate:
• Strong professional knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry
• An interest in learning and achieving results quickly in a dynamic/changing environment
• A strong motivation to accelerate his/her career track
• Leadership potential and a determination to succeed
• Excellent communication skills
• PC literacy (with strong knowledge of MS Office suite)
• Fluency in English and perhaps other languages (German is an advantage)
• Studies or work assignments abroad are a plus
