Technical requirements:
- Good SQL knowledge
- Testing tools experience (test management, defect management)
- Very good knowledge of test methodology and test procedures
- Very good experience and knowledge of creating test documentation (test plan, test cases)
- Very good knowledge of software development process, software development lifecycle

General requirements:
- Organized - tester must be organized in reporting of product issues, testing process, time management
- Responsible and proactive - be aware and meet deadlines and quality requirements of the tested product
- Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexible, customer-oriented attitude; client-facing skills
- Very good English language skills.

Duties and responsabilities:
- Configure and maintain the test environment
- Preparation of test cases and test plans
- Execution of test cases
- Recording of test results
- Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
- Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through the software release development
- Provide estimates and feedback to the testing manager and project manager for scheduling purposes
- Investigate new technologies and requirements
- Write documentation when needed
