Role:

Acts as a continuous improvement agent, ensuring day to day responsibilities fulfillment but also adding value to business through ideas and initiative, thus delivering superior performance in his department and for the business

Responsibilities:
1. Is involved or coordinates projects related to the specific department in which the trainee operates
2. Runs daily tasks and responsibilities for which he/she has full accountability
3. Respects all agreed Quality Systems and Procedures

The trainee program is especially designed to allow fresh new students and graduates to join our company, contribute with their ideas but also perform in a program where they benefit of full Induction and support for development. Each trainee reports to the manager of the specific function, and after a certain period as trainee, according with performance, potential and vacancies within our organization is appointed on a functional/specialized position.

There fore for Coca-Cola HBC Trainee is a full time permanent job.
