International Graduate Programme (RWE AG)

Careers International organises unique, invitation-only Career Events at which top international employers meet and interview high potential graduates and professionals for a wide variety of international positions.

Each year we accept only a handful of the best people for the IGP: university graduates from a wide range of disciplines, who think like entrepreneurs and who have completed their degree courses quickly and with above-average marks.

You will not only have an interest in the energy sector, you will also find strategic challenges attractive, and will want to develop solutions which are appropriate in the rapidly-changing energy sector. You are flexible enough to enjoy learning about subjects outside your own discipline, and are willing to relocate every 3 to 4 months. Additionally, you should have good language skills in English and German, and some international experience.

You will spend 18 months on a programme whose design you can shape and which will build on your personal strengths, working in Germany and abroad. After that you will be ready to get on with what you do best: using your own energy and enthusiasm to get people and projects moving.
