Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years PHP development experience

Understanding of Object Oriented PHP and MySQL.

Experience with version control systems.

Strong knowledge of current web design principles, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), responsive website development, and usability standards

2 years’ experience developing websites and implementing Content Management Systems (CMS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Employee participates in the development of solutions using programming expertise for day-to-day problems to include maintenance, modification, or development of complex inter-related applications/solutions. Solutions link technical knowledge with business, research, and/or instructional solutions and may range from consulting services (software or hardware recommendations) to developing integrated-automated systems.



Duties include client-needs assessment as well as evaluating hardware availability and software requirements.

Employee should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in Concrete5 CMS customization

Ensure and improve performance, reliability, flexibility and maintainability of PHP applications.

Implement and customize Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Umbraco, Ektron, Concrete5, Drupal, WordPress, etc.
