•Frequent audits / monitoring for adherence of processes, quality of work and target achievement. For deviations, determining of root causes, derive counter measures and ensure closure;
•Execution of frequent regional packaging training, workshops & audits, test the skill level and derive further actions;
•First level for technical escalation / support for the packaging engineers in the region;
•Driving of optimization program;
•Support for development and implementation of Hella standard packaging;
•Definition, establishment and administration of packaging guidelines;
•Reduction of packaging variety through standardization;
•Application of procedures to reduce packaging stocks and monitoring of selling / recycling of unused packaging material;
•Improvement of packaging concepts, workflows, packaging identification systems;
•Development and identification of best practice packaging concepts;
•Adviser for internal organizational units and Hella companies in technical decision-making question with regards to special packaging issues;
•Support in other projects requested by HELLA organization.

•Master of science (preferably packaging technology, engineering or logistics) or comparably long-term work experience in packaging planning;
•Project management skills for international projects;
•Good skills in English as well as in German language;
•Good skills in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project), CAD and SAP;
•Expert knowledge and operative experience in logistics processes, simultaneous engineering, Lean Management and packaging planning;
•Availability for business traveling.
