6 luni - 1 an experienta in activitati administrative;
Excel mediu, engleza mediu (se va testa la interviu VIVRE);
Abilitatea de lucra cu oamenii si documentele (se va testa la interviu VIVRE).
-Receptie, office management, gestiunea documentelor de intrare - iesire;
-Activitati de protocol;
-Gestioneaza nevoile pe departamente pentru achizitii de birou si interactiunea cu furnizorii specifici pentru obtinerea de oferte comerciale;
-Se asigura ca spatiile de lucru din cladirea administrativa (2 etaje, spatii salariati si spatii intalniri) sunt adecvate activitatilor;
-Suport pentru administrarea documentelor de resurse umane;
-Suport pentru activitatea de recrutare si selectie de personal;
-Organizarea si participarea la targurile de joburi/ evenimente si comunicarea valorilor VIVRE.
