TELUS International is looking for an amazing Marketing Specialist to provide strong and energetic support in the implementation of marketing campaigns and business events.
One year marketing experience, ideally in B2B organizations
Experience in managing marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. would be a plus
Proficient English written communication skills as marketing materials will be produced in English (German or French or Italian would be a plus)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytic and reporting skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
Attention to detail
Implement email marketing campaigns for the EMEA market, working very closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
Launch campaigns for relevant target groups (includes working with the graphic designer for the campaigns’ creative requirements and working with database)
Measure the campaigns’ ROI
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Liaise with the Sales team to find out their exact event requirements
Produce A-Z proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Research venues, suppliers and contractors, negotiate prices and hire
Manage all events logistics (e.g. example, venue, catering, travel) including the coordination of suppliers
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to advertise and promote the event
Manage all pre-event planning (e.g. organizing guest speakers)
Troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
Produce post-event evaluation
Stay informed about upcoming events in the outsourcing industry
