    Are you…

    - Fluent in Hebrew and English (at least B2 level for both)

    Responsibilities

    What a Customer Support Associate would do: offers accurate information about the customer’s orders, in line with the procedures in force, provides regular updates, comes up with new improvement ideas, suggests solutions for various problems, investigates and analyzes various order related situations.

    What an Accountant Associate should do: invoice processing, vendor master data processing, inbound calling, outbound calling for the collections process, daily, weekly, monthly reporting, interaction with other Accenture centers, interaction with the client, cash reconciliation;

    Work schedule: 08:00-17:00/ 9:00-18:00/ 10:00-19:00 - From Sunday to Thursday
