Customer Support Agent (Portuguese & English)
Spoken languages: fluent in Portuguese and English.
Previous customer care experience.
Customer orientation , analytical skills and team spirit.
Availabilty to work in day shifts
Main activities :
- Provide first line support with accurate and creative solutions to customer problems
- Research, resolve, and respond to general issues received via phone calls and e-mails from customers
- Assist in the resolution of customer and support issues to ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
