Customer Adviser with French/ Italian & English - Airline Reservations

Proficiency in French/ Italian & English language;
Experience in Customer Care or related domain - minimum 1 year!
Willing to work in a stressful but also rewarding environment;
Adaptable and flexible type of person;
Customer & result orientated - able to increase customer satisfaction;
Attention to details;
Available to work full time in shifts from Monday to Friday- 09.00 - 17.30 and 10.30 - 19.00 plus weekend shifts: Saturday: 09.30 - 18.00.

You will represent one of the world's leading online travel companies specialized in vacation packages
You will help customers to get information about flights, hotels, car rentals, or cruises - inbound activity;
In case of flight cancellation you will provide customers different alternatives and solutions - outbound activity;
Maintain permanent communication with several airline companies at a time;Working with two different systems simultaneous.
