REQUIRED SKILLS:
With these skills you are a great candidate:
* Excellent writing and communication skills in English (C1-C2)
* Experience writing documentation in Structured FrameMaker, Robohelp, Madcap Flare
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience writing documentation for enterprise software
* Bachelor’s degree in English, Telecommunications or Computer Science
* Flexible and Adaptable
* Tech enthusiast

And it would be nice to have experience in one or more of these technologies/fields:
* FrameMaker, SVN, MadCap Flare, Acrobat, Visio, JIRA

Responsabilitati

Your day to day:
Work with the project team to develop and write user documentation for a variety of software applications delivered on various platforms.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
* Write clear, concise, complete step-by-step procedures for technical products and solutions
* Gather information from business requirements and high-level design documents as well as interviews with engineers, business analysts and SMEs
* Create role based documentation appropriate for the audience
* Use standard tools and templates single sourced in Adobe Technical Communication Suite with Structured Authoring
* Edit user-facing product text, such as error messages, prompts, and UI labels
* Manage the review process for revised and new content and collaborate to ensure consistency
