Cerinte

- Bachelor degree
- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English
- Good client handling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Adaptability when working in a multicultural environment
- Must be willing and able to work under evening shifts (15:30-00:30; 16:30-01:30; 17:30-02:30)

Responsabilitati

- Offer support services in Human Resources for our clients (Recruitment support, HR Administration support) based in Latin America
- Interface with clients and solve HR requests
- Data analysis
- Document production
- Managing HR transactions
- Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions whenever needed
- Provide support to others when needed
- Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements
