Higher education
Fluent in English (good communication and writing skills)
Basic (or higher) Spanish skills
Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
Strong project management skills
Great communication and collaboration skills
Sharp analytical capabilities
High attention to detail
Team player — must focus on winning as a team rather than individually
Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus
Knowledge of HTML would be a plus
Experience in writing marketing texts in English and other mentioned languages would be a plus
Experience of working with marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, etc., would be a plus
Experience of working with CRM systems such as SalesForce, Pipedrive, amoCRM, etc., would be a plus

Responsabilitati

KEY FUNCTION:
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the effective planning, management and execution of both local and global marketing campaigns through the email marketing in LATAM.

Coordinate and plan email marketing activities
Manage and coordinate the process of landing pages and ecards development by HTML team
Create, set up and launch email blasts in accordance with maintained plan
Collect and analyze data, launch A/B tests and suggest ideas about how company email marketing performance can be improved
Assist team members: Share data, export reports, etc.
Build and organize working processes
