Our R&D units are located in Espoo, Tampere and Oulu. If you already have a basic understanding of SW/HW development or telecommunication and currently studying at university, polytechnic or an equivalent institution, then a Research and Development role is perfect for you.

Opportunities in Factory/Production for Networks

Oulu Factory is one of the key manufacturing locations in Nokia’s manufacturing network. Oulu Factory is executing ramp-ups of newest radio products in Europe region in close collaboration with research and development (R&D) programs. Oulu Factory is not only responsible for production but also designing and building testers and designing  manufacturing processes globally. Oulu Factory team also manages new product transfers to other factories and provides technical support to other manufacturing locations throughout the product life cycle. Opportunities in Oulu Factory range from production or material operator work to engineering, production planning, purchasing and production supervision type of support/development roles.

If you are a student pursuing a technical or applicable science degree at a vocational school, polytechnic or university then we recommend that you apply for these roles.

For R&D positions in Espoo search and apply to job id 96027, R&D positions in Oulu are job id’s 96019 (software R&D) and job id 96029 (hardware R&D) and in Tampere R&D positions are job id 95999. Production positions in Oulu job id 96001 and 96007.  For positions in other functions please use the search function within the application tool.
